You’re on the ground level in this condo, so you can open your French doors and walk around the corner to your mountain oasis, complete with two year-round heated pools, hot tub, fire pit, grill and patio area, all facing the ski mountain.
Unit 113 is one of only 4 first-floor corner condos in the building and the corner location ensures cheery sunlight. You'll be able to spread in 1,103 squre-feet of living space, with king beds in each of the two bedrooms and large flatscreen TVs throughout.
You’ll love the master bathroom with its full soaking tub, separate shower, double sinks, and hair dryer. The second bathroom also offers a full tub and shower and wall-mounted hair dryer. You have the convenience of a free washer and dryer tucked in a closet, so you can dry those cold, wet, snowy clothes after a day on the slopes or just do a load of laundry.
Pull out the sofa-bed in the living area and watch the flat-screen TV/DVD or fall asleep near the switch-operated fireplace. Cook your favorite meals in the handy open kitchen, complete with blender, toaster, coffee maker, cooking utensils, pots and pans, and service for 8.
Payment/Cancellation Policy - We require a 50% initial payment to confirm the reservation and the balance is due 60 days before your Arrival Date. If you cancel more than 60 days prior to the Arrival Date, we will send you a full refund. NO REFUNDS given for cancellations made within 60 days of the reservation. The only exception to this policy is in the case of the resort and/or ski mountain being closed at the time of your stay. We highly recommend Travel Insurance including coverage for cancellation due to any reason. Unused nights caused by early departure, and/or a reduction in nights, for any reason, are considered cancellations.
