You've always dreamed of a ski chalet-style hideaway in the mountains, right? At this spacious Summit House one-bedroom condo, you'll feel the chalet vibe without paying the chalet price, and the views of the Sky Chutes are amazing! The condo is 200 square-feet bigger than the average one-bedroom at Copper Mountain, so your party of four will be super comfortable.
But, please note that if you're looking for luxury or premium accommodations, Summit House is not the condo for you. The building was built in 1973 and has not changed much since. But, if you're looking for a convenient and roomy home for your fully-charged ski vacation, you'll love this unit. Most of our guests love the condo and its location - we have many repeat customers. But those of you who are happiest in upscale, luxury accommodations, then please check out the Cirque or the Cache!
The chalet vibe starts at the front door, with historic trail markers and other Copper mementos, including a historic aerial photo of Copper from the go-go years of ski resort development. There's no 'standard-issue' furniture or decor — instead, you'll lounge in comfy hickory-framed furniture, enjoying the big screen TV, a gas fireplace.
This one-bedroom, one-bathroom unit sleeps 4 very comfortably because it’s a generous
780 square feet. That’s about 200 more square feet than most other one-bedrooms at Copper. The roomy master bedroom has two queen beds and plenty of drawers and closet space for your gear. And, you'll enjoy the bedroom's seating area in front of the huge picture window with a breathtaking view of the famous Sky Chutes.
The full bathroom offers a double sink vanity for convenience and tub with shower. We’re generous with our paper and soap supplies, so you shouldn’t have to make a run to the store to stock up for several days, if at all.
